Tried the offerings from Cheese Louise at the 2022 Chaos and Kindness Sky Show in Manchester NH. All they do is grilled cheese... and they do it well. The event was packed but Cheese Louise pumped out some really great food FAST. Fresh hot and tasty arethe words of the day for the Blue Buffalo Grilled Cheese spicy with tender chicken, blue cheese and diced celery for that addedtouch! All I can say about the "Yes Porkin' Way" is you need to read the ingredients and trust the combo...excellent. Theyalso have some pretty cool merch! I brought my family of six here. There were lots of options to pick from, starting with the basic, all the way to the bold. The... food was delicious, and served quick and fresh. The staff is what did it for me though. The young man behind the counter wasvery accommodating, and the young lady behind the register was very friendly. If your ever in the Conway area swing by Cheese Louise for some fire food! I had a bacon grilled cheese and on the dankness... scale it was a 11 out of 10. The sauce they give you to dip your grilled cheese and chips in is A1. They have a nice little setup to sit and eat there, but there are so many beautiful spots you can take your take out to in the greater conway area, so popopen your trunk and enjoy your fresh grilled cheese from the back of your car with an amazing view! A friend raved that we should try it glad we did. "No Porkin' Way" is tasty AF and has no meat. And I nearly inhaled my order of... "The Baconator". The kettle chips and horseradish dip is heavenly. The team at Cheese Louise were wonderful to work with for our 2021 wedding. Their crew helped us to craft a custom menu within... our budget with everything we were looking for. Our guests were very happy with the selection for our reception. We hosted a200+ person outdoor wedding so having two food trucks serving up hot and fresh food was an amazing option. Quick and friendly service. Both my fiancé and I got "the godmother" (tomato, mozzarella, basil, pesto, balsamic, on artisanal... bread). HEAVENLY. Absolutely delicious. Flavorful and slightly crispy outside. Even better, it wasn't enormous nor heavy. Justthe right amount of grease and cheese to make it satisfying but not over-indulgent. Yum!! Read more

First timer and the Godmother sandwich was a 12+. Delish! The atmosphere adorable?inviting?colorful and clean. The young lady... taking my order, the only employee I saw on site, was blah, acted stressed and like she didn't want me or herself to bethere?!?! (Myself and another couple the only customers) Was I too enthusiastic and hungry? I?ll never know and it wont keepme awake at night?but it made for a dreary experience.
