We keep having issues here with the food that we pay for. It?s either dry / tough/ cold because it?s old and be setting there... under warming lights. We keep trying to give them a chance ? but they aren?t changing much. Only when the Manager gets involvedis when our experience is a 5 star. It should not be that way. They should Strive for Better Service for Every Customer! If theywouldn?t eat what they are serving way it looks, is it burnt buns, is it cold, ect. , they shouldn?t serve it to anyone! Read more
Got a beef and cheddar and French dip, both breads were so hard it was barely edible. Luckily the French dip has the au jus... sauce or we wouldn?t be able to eat it. It seems like if you go through the drive through they really don?t care what they giveyou. People don?t care about quality and having pride in their jobs anymore. Read more
We ordered the new fish and fry basket. It was nice and hot but the portion was very small. I was still hungry after eating the... 3 very small pieces of fish for $4.99 the small fries were an additional $2.49. Probably 5 pieces might have filled me up Ithink the price on that was $6.99 just for the fish. I'm not sure what kind of fish it was either. It was kind of mushy. It used to be a pleasure dining in here, but not this time. Nobody has a sense of urgency. There was only one person ahead of me... to order but it took about 10 minutes to finally order. There were over a dozen sandwiches in the holding area for nobody! After12 minutes, I asked for the manager and was given food within 30 seconds. Unfortunately, one of the sandwiches was from theholding area and it was pretty flat for a Beef and Cheddar, which was supposed to be without sauce but had sauce and was cold.
