This is unacceptable. First of all fries, not in the bag second of all dump them out. The fries are cold and hard. $20 for two... meals and this is what you get.. Bojangles you got to do better.. so this is what you get when you asked for fresh fries.. Read more
Let me tell you, RODERICK is the absolute best at what he does! His customer service exceeds that of any I?ve ever experienced.... He is patient, friendly & knowledgeable. My child is somewhat shy, & Roderick was very kind & helpful while speaking to her andhelping her choose the items for her kids meal! He is just amazing! Service was great and the staff was very friendly. The new location is very nice and clean. My wife used the inside and said... everything looks and felt very nice. Bathroom were clean, food was cooked right and tasted good. Read more
I totally was unhappy. We have a new restaurant . The drive thru service was quick. Too quick. I didn't get eight pieces of... chicken in my tailgate. My biscuits were on the hard side. My tea was just colored water. Most of all the prices have gone up.This was my third time complaining. But the staff seemed not to care. We had chicken and breakfast sandwich?s and potatoes that happen to be the greatest food we ever had. Grease soaked through... napkins, we needed many napkins to try to soak it up. It was tasty but very greasy. I went to the restroom to wash the greaseoff my hands @ 10am to find no soap in the soap dispenser? Humm, this is a brand new location that I will likely avoid. The new location is fabulous. Prices have gone up, but good remains great quality. Enjoyed my lunch
