This place was fast & the staff was super polite and kind. I even visited them at a very very early & busy as can be time in the... morning. All the other surrounding places like McDonald's, that sold breakfast, that had actual edible food, was super packed &drive thru was wrapped around the building. This Chick-fil-A was pretty busy but they were super fast. We were in and out in thetime it took to make the food and that was it. I had been up all night almost,= because I had been driving to the beach and Iwas super tired & pretty frustrated at this point. The people in there were so kind to me even though they had no idea I wasdealing with my mother-in-law being put on life support about an hour earlier & I was stuck 5 hours away. They made my food & mycoffee and just put a small smile on my face, making a hard moment bearable. I honestly didn't want to have to deal withanything that day, but their kindness made it a bit better. The chicken minis were absolutely perfect. My vanilla cold coffeewas just right. And it's really hard to find a good cup of coffee that isn't way too sweet, more less kind staff on a toughmorning in my life and good food too. I come here frequently and they are always excellent. Yes, they're busy but that's because they're good! Today, I had a rough... morning. I decided to treat myself to lunch and the young lady Bella took my order. She was so kind and cheered me right up.Their staff is always pleasant. Food was delicious as always. My wife and I stopped here on the way to Charleston. We need a Chick-fil-A at least once a week, if not more and this is the... first time in years that we have ever gotten very poor quality food at a Chick-fil-A. To start, the drink was the wrong drink.She had asked for a diet Coke and received regular Coke. The chicken breast she orders everytime for breakfast was overcooked,dry and mostly uncoated. Her hash browns arrived missing about half of the order. It's sad, but we expect poor quality from someof the other fast food chains but not from Chick-fil-A. This was a true disappointment and a waste of money and time. I did nottake pictures of my order, but I ordered the chicken breakfast burrito with grilled chicken and no hash browns. The chicken inmine might as well have been cardboard as it was so overcooked it was dry. The cheese was not melted and it was lukewarm to thetouch. I do not recommend this location. So the lady that took my order to the lady that gave me my food they were friendly and nice. The only problem I had was it took... forever to get my food. I like going to chick fil a because most of them have a very fast drive-through. This one is like goingthrough a McDonald's. Food was good I got the #1 combo. There are 2 lanes for drive thru. Lane 2 had no attendant and we had to circle the building and enter lane 1. Now behind 3 cars,... we ordered asked the guy to scan our rewards, he didn't. Asked for a certain amount of sauces but got 1 of each. Had to go backthrough the line and wait AGAIN for what we asked for. Unfortunately I did not check my food until i arrived home and my largefry was filled half way, paid for large and got small smh. They have it set up great but aren't using to the full potential.Also would be great if they took care of there customers instead of trying to shove as many cars through as possible. Chick-fil-A is pretty consistent no matter where you go. We had no problem getting through the drive thru line. They have a... double line now to handle traffic issues better. They've also done some remodeling to the parking lot to help with traffic flow. Read more
