I am originally from Western NY and the one thing I have noticed when I moved here a few years back is that Dunkin Donuts here... is a bit different. Horrible customer service. I?m actually quite mad. First off, I placed an online order through the app and it was taking forever... to go through and it didn?t go through until I got to the speaker. I told the lady that I placed an online order. She thenproceeded to lecture me about how I need to place the order before I get to the speaker, which I DID. I told her I did and itjust went through. She told me ?I?m just letting you know?. Then I get to the window and I?m waiting to get my coffee and I HEARher talking about me and laughing. You DO NOT talk about customers where they can HEAR you through the window. They just lost mybusiness from this location. Do better. Read more
I've been going to DD everyday for 11 years and it's never consistent, how my iced coffee taste normally depends on who is... working and I guess if they are paying attention or not, HOWEVER Lee is on it everytime. Used to be really good service and food. They kind of have an attitude lately during the afternoon shift, and get my drink order... wrong so often, that I keep french vanilla syrup at home next to my coffee machine, since it's apparently they're not capiableof punching "french vanilla" into the order and always give me a regular cappuccino when I order "French vanilla cappuchino,large, hot." Once or twice I'd understand.. but I literally purchased syrup for my home because 9 times out of ten.. they simplydon't give me what I ordered. Read more
this dunkin donuts is my favorite!!!! i am usually the first customer when i go because i go at 5:30am and my coffee is always... amazing and the employees are always really nice especially the manager! i love being able to mobile order my drinks and ireally appreciate all the employees for being there so early! Whoever is the kid at the drive through needs a reality check. Taking orders with an airpod in one ear, being rude, had an... attitude. This has had a couple times now. Hopefully someone in management sees this and corrects this. Can?t even get a ?have agood day? smh Read more
Avocado toast with bacon. In the weekday, I drive out of my way to make sure I go by this particular Dunkin', because someone... there is a true food artist. The other ones just don't put the TLC into it. Highly recommended. Read more
