1st time there. Very clean, great menu. I was not a big fan of the salad I got but will go again.
I had ordered nachos and requested no chili with it. I got home and realized there was chili mixed in with the rotel. This has... happened a few times at this location but I live nearby so I went back to try and just get the rotel like I had asked for. I wastold they were out of rotel and so I asked if I could get something else in place of the nachos and was told that couldn?t andthat I had to eat the nachos dry with just the tiny tub of shredded cheese, avocado, and tomato?s that came with it. Yummy! I had The Veggie but had them give me the orange cranberry sauce to put on it. Double yummy! ???? I also had the potato... salad. FYI They now have ice cream. My son got some of that to eat later. I really need to start remembering to take pictures ofmy food. Read more
A group of us stopped here for dinner, and we loved it! We each had something different to eat...and everyone was happy with... their food. The nachos were really good and the sandwich with the jalapeno potato chips was super tasty as well. Theemployees were very friendly and helpful, and we will definitely be going back again soon. From the famous 13 layers ofthe McAlister?s Club, to the giant Spuds covered with all your favorite toppings, from the delicious sweet tea to succulentsoups and decade desserts. I have dined at a number of different locations and have never had a truly bad experience. Yes, somemore memorable than others. This location was commendable as soon as I walked in. Clean, bright open dining area with counterordering and padded booths and high top tables and chairs. Sitting outside one can enjoy the patio or the second story balcony. I ordered the McAlister Club with smoked turkey, Black Forest ham, bacon, sharp cheddar, mix of greens, sliced tomato, mayo andMcAlister's Honey Mustard? on wheat toast. I enjoyed the many layers of deli fresh meats and cheese, crisp greens and freshproduce, nicely stacked on wheat toast complimented with mayo and honey mustard. My side was the Mac and Cheese, that was hotand creamy with a nice mix of cheddar, American and Neufchatel cheese. To further enhance my deli dining experience, I picked upthe Colossal Carrot Cake to go. A nice slice of moist carrot cake with walnuts and cream cheese frosting. My dessert of choice.Needless to say, the whole piece didn?t make it home. The long hair across my pickle was a slight deterrent but counter staffwere quick to replace it with 3 more. So excited that they finally put a a McAlister?s deli in Conway, I?ve eaten there a few times through Grub hub. I hadn?t ... personally visited the restaurant until tonight. I Walked in the door & the most horrific smell honestly like pure sewage hitmy mother & I. Went to the counter & stood there with my shirt over my nose & mouth ? would have liked to have spoke to someonebut was ignored. I had to leave after standing at the counter to order for 5 minutes. I know things happen but I do work in therestaurant business so I know DHEC rules & regulations? this place should be closed down until they get that fixed! It wouldn?thave been so bad maybe if someone had greeted us & explained the smell oh & I almost forgot the wet floor signs everywhere thatkinda leads me to believe they had sewage seeping in ???????
