Wish I could have given negative stars. Had to go up to the counter 3 separate times to correct meal. There were 6 other people... who needed to correct their meal. Drink machine in dining room has been broken for a week and apparently their ice machine isbroken as well. Who ever manages or owns this place should be ashamed. Read more
Ordered adult happy meal. Received my food with a note saying "sold out of adult happy meal". I wouldn't have even bothered... buying food had I been told that before hand. Done with mcfailures Read more
Dining room was filthy. Tables all needed cleaned. Another customer mentioned this to the manager on duty and she told him it's... the lunch rush what do you expect. Although they were slightly busy it was in no way a typical lunch time busy. Both dine insoda machines where out of order. They had no ketchup in the pumps nor did they have ketchup packets. I ordered a double quarterpounder. I decided to add light lettuce and light onion. I got three pieces of lettuce and a sliver of onion. The men's restroomwas dirty. The Halloween decorations they put on the door where laying on the floor inside the door. The whole store smelled ofsour milk. All the trash cans were over flowing. Our fries ended up being Luke warm due to them being placed on the tray whilewaiting for sandwiches. This overall experience was horrible. Hopefully this isn't normal for this store. Read more

Ordered food and had delivered by uber eats.. the large milkshake was not filled all the way, and had no whipped cream; the med... fries were only half full! Very disappointed that I paid for what I didn't receive.. then to try and call McD is a joke. Theline is constantly busy. Read more
I frequent this McDonald?s due to the fact that it is very close to my college apartment (3-5 minutes). I have never had... problems at this one. I place mobile orders when I can, but have had to use the drive-through before. Either way, the peopleworking here are very friendly, and my order has been accurate every time despite having customizations on the majority of myitems. Read more
Tonight my boyfriend and I walked into our local McDonald?s. We were pleasantly surprised to see one our coworkers named Amanda... from an another job working as an employee for this restaurant?s location. She was extremely friendly , provided excellentcustomer service , and made our night so much better as we have been going through some rough times recently. Read more
