Absolutely amazing so sweet and polite workers, I recommend this place
Don?t walk RUN away from this place and don?t give this business any more of your hard earned money. Frequent this place at... least once a week and for the second time in 2 months have gone through the drive thru and the poor young girl working thewindow looked like she was suffering from heat exhaustion. She was red in the face, sweating and visibly extremely hot. Poorgirl can?t be anymore than 17. Called to file a complaint but doubt they will actually get in touch with someone who can fix theproblem. Certainly seems as though they don?t care who dies working in their building. I would go there every day if I could. They have over 100 flavors. The service was good and believe me these people work.
At first it was a great experience, but then it started going downhill. Went there a few weeks ago and ordered a regular in a... bigger size cup and they forgot the gummy?s but then also by the time I got off the top layer of the flavoring of ice the wholecup was full of just ice with no flavor as in they didn?t put enough of the stuff in there. So today I figured I would give themanother try and again the same thing happened, I just feel that for people who are asking for tips before they even make the conthey should make sure they are giving Great service and making sure that they are putting in the right amount for the snowconesthat way I?m not just eating plain ice Read more
Really Really enjoyed it. Lots and lots of favors. Delicious. Friendly staff. Gazebo to seat and eat. To go or parking to eat... in car. They even have a pup cup. Worth every penny. Will be going back many times in the future. Highly recommend you govisit. Read more
Came by a few days ago and snoball was over flowing. I don?t understand why the store doesn?t upsize cups or make the snoball... tops smaller so it?s not over flowing and making a mess in peoples cars. There has been multiple occasions when the ball ofsnoballs have toppled over and land onto peoples cars because of the ball being too big. When I?d come through there would beeither too much syrup or not enough or the ice would be hard and be more of a snocone then a snowball. Some nights the lightsare off and the place looks empty. The ice is shaved so finely and perfectly no chunks or clumps. The flavors are amazing anytime we pass one we have to go and its... a favorite stop on our way to the beach. Try all the flavors one by one as they are all amazing. the kiddie size is actuallyenough but I always get a regular which is huge and a kiddie and My hubby, Son and I share. Pelican's is 2 minutes from my house, I kept passing finally decided to go today. Went and got 3 Snowballs, all regular size... and one up sized to get home safe. We got a "Gone Fishin", Wild Cherry, and Candy Apple with the last two having condensed milk.All delicious! Perfect consistency and flavor for each, they were around $4-5 a piece, so not an everyday outing but just enoughfor an afternoon stop. I will definitely be stopping by again and I really appreciate the girl working the store when I went by,made the snoballs and cashed us out. Thank you for the delight. :) Read more
