Absolutely no sauce on the pizza and very little toppings. Do not go here.

We had been using one of your competitors for years but they stopped using masks and the quality of food had diminished. So we... tried our local Pizza Hut today and we are so impressed. Your delivery option is so convenient and the person who delivered thepizzas was very pleasant and courteous and was wearing a mask. The food was amazing and arrived quickly. Very poorly ran and operated. Every one in this place claims they are a GM. The entire operation needs to be retrained and re... evaluated. I placed and paid for my order through the app. The number connected to my account belongs to my teenage daughter.They first claim the driver called my daughter's phone. Then one of many Gms claimed they called and talked to a man......I'm asingle mom. They claim that the order was cancelled by some man they spoke to. I placed my order at 5:25 pm and it was scheduledto arrive at 7:45 pm at almost 8:00 pm i called to be confronted with this when i enquired as to where my order was. There waszero offering of returning my money, zero offering to return my points used and zero offer to make things better for me. All ireceived when i stated i still wanted my food and didn't cancel was well you can replace and repay your order. Leaving me veryupset and angry and disappointed as i often order from this location. Usually for just my children. I would like to see actualaction take place with this location. Always love their pizza. The customer service is awesome & the woman name Ashley is always so nice & helpful. I recommend on... everyone going and getting a good hot pizza cooked & made exactly how you want it! They have some great deals all the time &good coupons. I had a $10 coupon off just for doing a survey. So instead of it being $43 it was $33. That was a good night, goodpizza and I saved money! Read more
I was part of 3 deliveries. At that time I knew it would be lukewarm. Young lady I spoke with 1st time said oh no it will be... hot. Give it 10 more minutes. 5 minutes later it showed up and yes, lukewarm, cinnamon sticks were greasy, pizza was not welldone as I asked. Called back was immediately asked to be placed on hold, I said no, told her what I've stated here, she stillput me on hold. I hung up. No one called me back and I left my name twice.
