Always great food and service. I wish you would use less hamburger seasoning. Way too strong!
Two cars of friends drove in. Our car ordered only for a drink, and two cups of ice. The other friend's car got food and ice,... but ordered later then my car's order. We only saw one person delivering food on our side of restaurant. A friend in other car,knew someone that was working inside, so when we hadn't received our order yet ( 20 minutes), the friend contacted thisemployee. We got our order, same time the other car did. Our car figured the restaurant was under staffed, but we heard nothing.When we ordered the person could have said, order time is expected to be longer or that will take 30 minutes, do you still wantthe order, or something! Communication is essential. While our order was being delivered, we did see 2 others bringing out food.Maybe late coming to work.... Either way, something could have been done to let us know our order hadn't been lost or thatdelivery time was going to be longer than usual! Love their double cheese burgers. Only thing is I asked for fresh fries and they were only luke warm. That tells me I didn't get... freshly cooked fries. Read more
Stopped in one evening for a post meal dessert and we decided to get some milkshakes. Store was busy but we still received our... milkshakes in a timely manner. I had a chocolate strawberry milkshake and it was yummy. Read more
Went at night for ice cream for my kids. The entire experience was about 50 minutes, from the time I arrived to when I left.... Thought they were probably short handed, but employee was outside the back door smoking while everyone waited. My order waswrong twice and the woman insisted I didn't pay for the missing item. I give her the money for it, and tell her she owed mechange from the previous transaction. She got visibly annoyed and proceeded to combine the change she already owed me with thechange she was now giving me...in nickels.. all 2.85 cents of it. That's literally more than an entire roll. Money is moneythough, but at the end of the day it was the attitude that I didn't appreciate after being made to wait almost an hour, andhaving my order messed up by them twice. I go to this Sonic a lot because it?s close to CCU where I live. I often use the Mobile App to place orders, just because it?s... easier and less time-consuming. Ordering on the app is simple enough. Getting everything you ask for, regarding sauces, is hitor miss. This time I got the chicken tender meal, which comes with Texas Toast, an onion ring, and some tater tots. The TexasToast was just straight up toast that tasted very burnt, and it was not cut all the way. Everything else that came with my mealwas thrown into my air fryer because it was either cold or soggy. I usually really like Sonic but the quality of this meal, andthe ones that I had gotten for my friends, was less than usual. Still, I understand how busy fast food can be, and I am nevergoing to blame the workers for doing their job to the best of their ability. Read more
Stopped by here on the way back to Georgia, and I must say this was delicious. There was a long line of cars in the drive-thru... so we pulled in a slot to order, and I was little concerned due to the quality of service I had received back home. I must sayit was way above my expectation. Hamburger was not overly messy, it was just right, the tater tots were hot, and the Dr. Pepperwas strong how I like it. It also did not take long to receive our order. My Wife normally don't eat burgers, but she alsoreally enjoyed our lunch. Please tell the whole staff that worked yesterday, great job. Read more
I work there, after my shift I ordered a large Oreo cheesecake blast and paid 75 cents for the extra Oreo. When I went back to... ask about it, before I could get a word out I was yelled at by Mayson for not doing the dishes and DJ (Mr knowitall lil punk)told me to do em. I said no I clocked out, and then turned back to ask about Oreos. She DID put some In but only a little afterI paid for extra.
