We have gone a few times in the past couple weeks anywhere from 8:45-9pm for an ice cream treat. Every time we go they say their... ice cream machine is down. I asked when it?ll be fixed and they said it works during the day. Are you kidding me? So you?resaying you turn it off before close and don?t care about your customers wanting ice cream? That?s lazy. You?re KNOWN for yourice cream. It should not be turned off till close!!! This needs to be rectified. Read more
Cold food...long waits...wrong food...rude workers...I have always said how Sonic in general has fast service, professional... staff and good food. Avoid this place if you can. There is a good reason its sort of hidden off 501. The drive up screens don'twork half the time. The wait is usually 30 to 45 min at the drive up. If you pull up to a screen that works and press the REDButton for service, there's a good chance you might sit there for 15 min before being told, in a fast mumble tone, "drive uponly." I literally drive an extra 20 min to go to the 544 Sonic where the service is great and food is good. "This Sonic" isliterally a mess...how they stay in business is beyond me. Worst Sonic ever. Minus 5 stars. Once again. Teenagers @ work so what do you expect. I waited 45 minutes for someone to bring my food order was... wrong. The screen said Eric is on his way with your food. Nope didn't happen. 20 minutes later Eric is folding his apron outsidekissing his coworker and jumping in his gray pickup truck. #Never again... Read more
Worst experience ever. Food was cold. Chicken nuggets hard could not eat them. And the drink tasted like carbonated water. Pay... $31 dollars to only throw out more than half of it..will never go back. BUT THANKS SONIC I WILL COOK AT HOME BEFORE I EVER EATOUT AGAIN. WASTE OF MONEY. Read more
This sonic has went downhill bad since Covid. I never get my order right and if I do the food isn't any good. Today was it for... me the young girl was rude and told me what I said I wanted I know what I ordered and repeated 2 or 3 times to be clear andinstead of a coke it was a nausty diet coke with no fiss. I keep saying it's just a bad day next time will be better but itnever is. I'm done wasting my money on this place The kids that work there are down right rude too. Read more

Awful place. We ordered on the app and it took it out my account TWICE. Yet they tried to say they didn?t have our order. So we... were out sixty five dollars + and NO FOOD. AND THEY REFUSED TO EVEN HELP US OUT AT ALL. Called the 800 number and they were evenworse!!!! They said they SEEN OUR ORDER yet they couldn?t help us. Directed us to call our bank. Only thing our back could dowas report it as fraud and it would fall off in 3-4 business days. So we STILL WERE OUT money and NO FOOD. THANKS FOR STARVINGMY KIDS!! DON?T GO HERE!!! Read more
