Great customer service. This is a pretty busy location. Expect a wait of you are taking out food. Granted, the food is good.
Our waitress was the best on 10/22/2022! Our party of 5, sat in middle table on highway side of restaurant. I didn't catch her... name. She asked the appropriate questions at appropriate times. Food was hot and taste great! The noise level was a little loud,but more because of seating set up in all Waffle House's. Not sure if same in all Waffle House's, but this one had less seatingthen other one's I've been at. The row along front windows were gone, and instead a hiring station was set up. But there was acouple empty tables on our arrival around 8:00 that morning. The staff okayed us pulling a chair over from another table to thebooth we sat at, so we could all sit together! Plenty of parking, including handicap spots( which were located in separate area,so no worries of non handicapped cars parking over the blue lines) Woman's restroom had just been mopped, with appropriate signsto warn of wet floors. Love Waffle House...but won't return to this location. Waitress never smiled or really even spoke, even when I told her I still... didn't have my milk halfway through the meal. And the meal. Can't really comment on the food because we got it in bits andpieces. There we're three of us, we waited 20 minutes before anything arrived. A waffle came out first, we told him to startwithout us. He was halfway through when my potatoes came (hadn't wanted cheese on them, but was so hungry I didn't sayanything). Five minutes later sausage that was ordered with the waffle arrived. Shortly after part of another order arrived somy cousin finally had something to eat. After another five minutes I called the waitress over and reminded her I never got mysausage gravy and biscuit. She finally brought it (didn't utter a word, much less apologize) after everyone else was finished.Cousin never got a coffee refill. We were watching other tables, issues were definitely associated with our waitress, everyonethat came in after us were served by other waitress, some even left before we even got all our food. Thankfully Waffle Housesare plentiful. Nobody should waste their time or money here. Read more
Food and servicer were great. But it was so cold. I keep my air on 68 degrees T hone. But I swear it had to be around 45... degrees. Not exaggerating. Take your blankets Read more
This was one of the BEST waffle houses I have ever been too! The staff were super friendly and they all worked together well!... They were fast and on point! I enjoyed watching them synchronize and complete all their tasks! Thanks for all the work you guysdo! Read more
Waffle House has THE BEST breakfast food. The service is good and the prices are reasonable. Stop by and have a good meal. They... serve other things like hamburgers, omelets, sandwiches and there is a lot to choose from. Read more
Moni was at the counter to take my order. She was very nice and was ready to jump on the order. The cook on duty was "T" and he... did a fantastic job. My wife loves Waffle House and this location didn't disappoint her or myself. We both had the All StarBreakfast to go. Will definitely be back. Read more
