The food was good but, the waitress was what made our visit phenomenal!!! She was spot on with anticipating our needs!!! I'm... really bad with names but she worked the section in the bar on Saturday around 3pm. She was so good in fact that I left her avery good tip!! The restrooms however were horrific!! The doors on the stalls didn't lock, as a matter of fact there were nolocks on the stall doors, and the toilet paper was almost empty. There was toilet paper all over the floor.. it looked like ithadn't been cleaned in weeks!! I have a fear of public restrooms as it is and this made it so much worse, I only used itbecause I had to otherwise I would have held it until I could get back home 20 miles away. Read more
came to this location with my girlfriend today around 1 pm and was highly pleased. the drinks were really good, we ordered two... burgers and they were cooked so good and really big we had enough for leftovers, the food was hot and well prepared all around.the only thing is i wish the waitress/waiters were more attentive and visited us more. i would recommend this location Read more
I think overflow from the large movie crowd brought some element to chili's. We didn't dine in but we walked from the front door... to the pickup area. The floor was not clean. They did have the food ready rather quickly though. Read more

Went to Chili's for a quick dinner on my birthday. It wasn't crowded so we were seated right away. The sever was friendly and... the food was delivered quickly. The fried foods, southwest egg rolls and boneless wings tasted like they were refried in oldgrease. Normally they are excellent. The mini burgers were great. The tab with 20% tip was $58.00. I decided to go with Chili?s as a recommendation from my aunt for dinner yesterday. I ordered the Smokehouse Combo. It came with... Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers, Brisket Quesadillas, Steamed Broccoli, Texas toast, and Loaded Mashed Potatoes. You canchoose which sides or meat you want! The flavoring was absolutely on point and for the amount spent, you really get a lot offood! The quesadillas were so damn good and the chicken crispers omg. I'm not sure why they don't just close, or at least combine with the Covington location and close one. The last 4 times we have... attempted to eat here the wait has been 30-45 minutes, and the place has been less than half full. Usually they have signs upsaying they only have one or two servers and they can accommodate.
