Last minute outing with my granddaughter haven't been since covid I was lost but I asked questions the young lady was beyond... helpful about EVERYTHING..... made it easy for us to order our food use the wristband my granddaughter kept from her party nomore tickets everything was loaded on the band had fun. Ordered the appetizers the chicken was DRY the cheese bread was veryCRISPY not CHEESY and not cut into pieces BUT the fries were good . Overall good time and we will see you all soon. Read more
Had my little one's 1st birthday party there and the place was clean but very cold. Stage has been removed and not as many games... as it used to be but it's been like 5/7 years since I had been there. I'm thinking bc of covid these changes were made. Last time we went about beginning of year the pizza and food was terrible. We recently went and the food was actually good.... About same price from year ago, but I feel the quality is way better now. Is it the best, not quite, but definitely good. Read more
The staff was so friendly and very helpful especially Sequoia at the registers. We were able to get great deals on play time and... our food and make the most of our experience. There was another staff member walking around giving the kids free plays and justreally being so helpful. The place was so clean and the games were great! We will definitely be back. Read more
These folks were trying, but it seems like they were short staffed on the day we went 08/21/22.Our Pizzas took about 35 minutes... to prepare, and our wings and fries took an additional 30 minutes. When we got it though, the fries and chicken was barely warm.I was going to ask for a refund on the cold food, but I didn't bother. The staff was friendly and dealing with a lot, so Iexpect things will go smoother on the next visit. Read more
My little one had a blast but the pizza is definitely over priced! I shouldn't have to pay that much for heart burn! Besides the... salad bar was looking quite skimpy and dry. They need to offer better coupon deals like back in the day. Read more
Had a birthday party here. They didn't keep the schedule going so we had to wait. I had my own decorations so I arrived 15 mins... before the time of my party. They didn't start cleaning up after other people until my party was starting. The pizza was goodbut the drinks tasted like soap so we had to send it back. The server was friendly. Read more
Went for my sons first birthday. Its not the Chuck E Cheese I grew up with but its cool. The pizza was super good and we enjoyed... ourselves. Chuck E. came around and even held my son for a picture which was super sweet. I honestly don't recommend if yourchild is smaller but if they're a bit older its a good place to go. Read more
