I asked for my pizza light sauce & well done. I received my pizza with normal if not MORE than normal sauce & the cheese wasn?t... even fully melted so it DEFINITELY wasn?t baked to Oder of well done. Rip Off... I have been Buying Pizza From Domino's For 35 years without a problem.This time. I went to store and ordered a carry... out Domino's Extra large New York Brooklyn Pizza Got home and realized that it was a large. Call the Domino's manager he arguedthat it was a X- Large not Large. Very disappointed in the professionalism of this store. I placed an order at 5:44pm for a large Meatza and a brownie. The... estimated delivery time was 60-70 minutes. 2 hours and 10 minutes later the driver showed up with a lukewarm medium Meatza andno brownie. He was ungrudgingly apologetic and looked exhausted. I tried calling the store 7 times at the 75 minute mark withno response. The driver said he would return the store and get the brownie. I called the store after the driver left andexplained the situation. The employee that answered the phone put me on hold for 5 minutes and returned to say they were outof brownies, and would replace my order but would have to substitute the brownie for cinnamon twists. Another upset employeecould be heard being vulgar in the background. A few minutes later the driver calls and says they are out of brownies and willhave to refund a portion of my payment. I rerepeated what I was told by the employee I spoke with a few moments earlier. Hesounded confused and apologized and made the statement there was a communication error. They never returned to correct or refundthe order. I could say more, but I have said enough already. I will never order from them again. Choose another location if youorder from Dominos. Read more
Need to get rid of the app if its inaccurate. Don't tell me my order is ready and when I walk in I have to wait another 10... minutes because you JUST put my order in the oven. Too busy making stuff for themselves instead of serving their customers. Read more
Ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks, both were burnt and the pizza has almost no cheese on it and missing half the toppings.... Called and tried to explain this to the employees and they laughed, put us on hold for 20 mins then said they couldn?t doanything about it and hung up? Read more
I gave Domino's another chance and they failed.... I stop stopped eating Domino's years ago but I thought I'd give them another... chance.. I ordered a personal pan pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni as well as cinnamon twist. The pizza wasnot the best and the cinnamon twist were nasty and not twist. Domino's definitely promote false advertisement. My wait wasn'tlong since I ordered online and picked it up and the customer service wasn't too shabby seeing as though they were obviouslyshort staffed. However they were hiring so that explained a lot. Regardless, I will no longer be back. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. My pizza is dry with hardly no cheese or toppings and the crust is burnt. I called to complain.... I asked for a manager an I have been on hold for 6 minutes. I don?t even believe I?m on hold just mute because the is no musicplaying nor their normal recording. I promise you we would not be hurt as a community if the closed this location. Read more
If you value your time and your money, absolutely do not order at this location. It take an hour and a half for my food to... arrive. Then they don?t answer their phone at their store if you need to cancel your order. Read more
