Stopped by this location at 9 p.m.. Went to the drive thru, and the speaker announced that they were closed! I noticed that the... sign in the window said open, and I saw two employees smoking outside! I guess they were too busy smoking to bother withcustomers. Out of ketchup? No sprite, no mellow yellow. no straws. at a fast food joint? Really? The doors too the parking lot were locked... like they didn't want anyone in there in the first place. I ordered on line to "skip the line". Order wasn't even started yet.They served 4 people in the drive thru before I got my food. This food is good but the place I do not like very much. In my opinion.
This place is ridiculous. I truly understand the staffing short but my issue the wait time period. I pulled up to the speaker... at 2:00 pm on Aug 5th. There was a vehicle is front of me. Which pulled forward. Someone came over the speaker and toldme theywould be with me shortly. So I waited 15 minutes. I finally drove off. There were 3 cars behind me. This was the second timevisiting this restaurant. The wait was bad the first time but I did get food then. I attempted to call the store no oneanswered the phone after 5 attempts no answer. BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS . Hardee's is known for being slow but I do believe thisstore is only serving one customer at a time. Read more
No cars in the drive thru and they make everyone park. 20 minutes per order and when food does finally come out they need to go... to car to car because they have know idea who ordered what. I tried their chicken tenders along with their hot cinnamon roll. The tenders are pretty good WITH the dipping sauce. Without... the sauce, the chicken tastes bland even with the breading. You don't taste any seasonings of any kind on the meat itself northe breading. It also was a little salty too! Now, the cinnamon roll was NOT good in my opinion. It tasted as if it were a hugebiscuit and they poured the frosting on top. It was very thick and again very bland! I personally would not try the cinnamonroll again! Read more
Order food at drive thru. Made me pull in a parking spot and took over 30 mins to get my food along with the other only 2 cars... in line. Garbage place, needs new management and employees. I and another guy walk up to the window. Guy wearing camouflage isrunning around the kitchen. Guy at window was a real winner. I wouldn?t advise anyone to stop here for food ever.
