I knew where I wanted to go on my BIRTHDAY; Longhorn Steakhouse! I had my mouth ALL READY, for their Idaho Loaded Baked Potato.... We placed our order, and minutes later the waitress comes back and says: ?We?re all out of Baked Potatoes?? so I went with theMashed Potatoes. I was disappointed that I couldn?t get a Baked Potato from Longhorn on my BIRTHDAY. My Mashed Potatoes wasn?thot (they were room temperature); I was able to eat all of the half-rack of Baby Back Ribs (because there wasn?t a lot of meaton them). The Steamed Broccoli was good. My husband ordered the Longhorn Salmon on a bed of rice, Sweet Potato, and SteamedBroccoli. My son ordered, a Hamburger (the menu says ?Served with fries?; but do y?all see ANY fries in this picture? The Worst Longhorn In America. Mismanaged to the highest degree. We were seated and sat for 24 minutes before a waitress even... came to see us. Finally a waitress named Brittany A came by and said ?has she still not gotten y?all?. And immediatelyhelped.Brittany A was the ONLY reason this review even got 1 star. She was amazing and needs to manage that place. The food wasthe worst I?ve had at longhorns in 30 years. Ribey sandwich Bread was soggy, fries were cold and zero crunch Bread wasburned Wife?s firecracker chicken wraps were burned Just absolutely horrible. I would recommend driving further and headingto Covington. The manager of this one needs to be replaced asap. We recently moved to Georgia and this was one of our first nights out. My wife doesn't eat beef so she had the ribs but I'm a... hard core carnivore so I got the biggest steak they serve. Everything was great and we couldn't eat it all so we had plenty totake home to eat the next day. We dined in and the food and service were fine. Ordered ribs with fries to go and the container with the fries had a half eaten... burger in it. Truly disappointing to get home and see this. Didn't think I needed to check my to go order before leaving. Now Iknow better. Read more
The food was good expect I got 2 fried lobster tail and they both were like this! And order a rare 9oz filet and got it medium... well. I usually have a great experience at this location, But this time it was not pleasurable at all. It was mothers Day sothey were slammed at the same token I need my food to be cooked properly!!!! I ordered my food curbside on 1/11/22. The wait wasn?t long once I checked in. I got the Parmesan chicken with fries & mashed... potatoes. Everything was good EXCEPT the fries. They?re described as seasoned fries on the menu but mine were nothing nearseasoned lol look like they were cooked in oil that needed changing. The service was great. We sat at the bar and food and drinks and not take long to get to us. I enjoyed my steak however my... husband is not like the ribs. He said that the ribs at TGIF were better. The drinks were strong enough and vibes were good. Read more
Very kind service and pretty good food! Definitely hope to come back again. Our server was amazing and patient with us. I... recommend getting their seasoned steakhouse chicken wings (8wings) or the wild west shrimp as an appetizers. Someone at my tablealso got the White cheddar stuffed mushrooms.
