I placed an order online. Get to restaurant to be told they didn't have any more beyond orange chicken cooked and the cook was... gone. Asked for a refund and was told no manager was on duty to give me a refund. Gave me my ticket to come back tomorrow toeither get food or refund. So I have to go out of my way tomorrow to get a refund. Read more

I placed a online order around 6:50ish and was informed that my order should be done by 7:20. I walked in and it was packed with... people (1) being that I work at fast food and know how it can be I sat down to wait because I knew by the volume of the store myfood couldn?t have been done. I watched the line and spotted my food from afar and kept a eye on it. They had about 5 or 6people on the line and although my food was on the line it seemed as if though they kept pushing my order aside until I finallyseen her bag my food and put it in the area for online pick up orders and went to grab it and fill my daughter?s drink for herkids meal I opened my bag and realized I was missing my teriyaki chicken for the bigger plate on my order and my daughter?sapples. Standing right in front near the registers neither cashier acknowledged me so seeing that my daughter only received 4shrimp I decided to stand alllllll the way i?m the back of the line to get another small entree. I was finally greeted afterbeing there for almost 45 minutes at this point and explained to the girl that I?m purchasing a order of shrimp but that mychicken was not in my online order. She asked if I was missing both the shrimp and the chicken but being the good and honestperson I was I said it was only the chicken that was missing and the shrimp I would purchase separately?.. BUT had I known itwould be another mishap I would have just ran with both the chicken and shrimp without paying!! I get near the register wherethe young man asked if I had the plate and I responded that I only had a side of shrimp that was no longer on the line becauseanother employee placed it in someone else?s bag. Overall I was there for almost a hour and even though I placed a order onlineI was still having to wait not only like 10 minutes but 45+ because all of the mishaps. Never been more grossed out in my life. My wife and kids brought me back panda from being out shopping for back to school... supplies as I was eating my food a cockroach crawled out of my kale. This grossed me out and caused me to throw up. Read more

After waiting in line for 15 minutes just to place my order I got cold over cooked food. The employees did not seem to care... about the customers or showing any sense of urgency. I know this is not the norm for Panda Express as a whole but based oncomments from other customers this is the norm at this location. I will still eat Panda just not in Conyers unless they addressthe issues of poor service and low quality food. Read more

I should have listened to the latest reviews. First time, bro told me that whatever I saw sitting out is the only thing they... had available. This was at least a full hour before they closed, so I just left. Now this time, I waited line for 20-30 minonly to get up to order and be told they don't even have ANY steamed rice at all!? This time a full 2 hours before they close.How?? Pretty safe to say I won't be back to this location. They run a national chain restaurant like it's a food truck lol Read more

We love Panda Express and eat there all over the country. We were so excited when we moved into our home in 2018 and there was a... location two blocks away. Problem; this is the absolute worst location. They are constantly out their most popular dishes(Pre-Pandemic and even worse after) in the afternoons and have never once got an order right with any of the delivery services,leaving out sauces, forgetting items, replacing items without notice because they are out. They desperately need new management.Really wish there was another location close enough to go to. Read more
