I ordered chicken avocado melt, And not only did they give it to me in separate boxes the wrong was bread and didn?t have... avocados or cilantro in it like it?s supposed to. Then whenever I go here the staff is always playing around and never doingtheir jobs. And if you go through the drive-through they intentionally make you wait for your food, there was always carswaiting to be served when I go there in the drive-through. I really love Panera but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Ifeel like Panera is too expensive for them to to mess up orders and have people wait for so long. I hope they make a change soonbecause I don?t like getting off work and receiving sub-par food when i pay for the quality of my food. Read more
Stopped in the other day and had the new chicken sandwich at the Conyers location. Food was hot and fresh as always and love the... friendly staff here at this location. Do stop in and give the new sandwich a try if in the area. Read more
The only good thing to say about this place is that the cashier was very polite. Other than that nothing good. The soups where... cold and tasteless (onion soup and Thai Soup). The sandwiches the same and definitely not close to what you see in the pictures.Too pricey for low quality food. Read more
Most days they are pretty good on taking orders. Check your bag before leaving because they may get your order order slightly... wrong. Due to shortages they might be out of your favorite items. I have never had a problem with the staff even when I have totake something back. The facility is clean. They work pretty fast during peak times. Read more
They were nice people, good service! Their sandwiches to me aren't all that, but their soups & baked goods are the Bomb! I had... the Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT, I Loved the Broccoli & Cheese Soup! Not really a place I would go to on the regular, but maygo every once in a while, especially since I'm part of the Teacher's Special Offer...Get coffee &/or tea free for 3 months! I used the drive-thru on this visit. Only 2 cars ahead. The male voice behind the speaker was professional & kind. I ordered 3... Cinnamon crunch bagels with spread. The female at the window was also professional and sweet. I always have good service here.And I've never had a problem with my food. I will return & recommend. Read more
