If I could rate a zero I would! I did an online order and as I tracked my order I noticed it was delivered but no knock I went... to the door and no order! I called the store and they informed me that they passed my order off to a door dash driver becausethey had no delivery drivers! The manager was nice and gave me a store credit but called back to say that the driver left myfood at the front office mind you it?s closed I ordered at 9:30 pm. My review isn?t complicating. FULLY EXAMINE YOUR PIZZA. The box clearly said square cut and I received regular. In addition... there is hardly any cheese or sauce. I ORDERED EXTRA CHEESE YALL ??????????? extremely disappointed. Only gave 2 stars becauseit had a lot of the other toppings. Read more
Ordered the Epic Pepperoni/Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza. Was very surprised. The crust around the outside was like a big calzone... stuffed with cheese/pepperoni and the pizza itself had lots of topping on it and cooked to perfection. I was extremelyimpressed with this pizza and definitely will order again. Read more

Pizza was good missed 1 topping on 1 of the pizzas I ordered. The manager was good but the cashier I'm guessing was new cmdue to... being asked to pay again when paid by app. Over all the place is a 8.5 out of 10 to me. Will be back again. Read more
Order a pizza said it would be delivered in 30 minutes pizza never came. I called I was told that the order was on the way. I... waited at my door the order never came. I called store back the guy said Paul came to door and no one answered. I have camerasand no one came plus I would have seen cause I was waiting at my door. I called again I was told that I can place another order.Didn't offer me any accommodations for my order not being delivered. Then I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund. Theyhave poor customer service and lied about the delivery. I waited from 8 p.m to 10 p.m and no delivery now everything is closedand they still got my money. Read more
I should have listened to the other reviews but I thought it would have been different if I chose carry -out instead of... delivery. I was wrong! When I ordered, my confirmation said order will be ready in 15 min. I received a text message within thattime frame that said pizza is ready! I went to another store first to ensure pizza would be ready with that extra time. Well, Iget to papa John's and my pizza wasn't even made yet smh! I know I counted at least six workers in the store laughing andtalking so I know there was time to make a pizza that was claimed to be ready already. They told me it would take only a fewmin. Forgive me for not posting this last night (12/2/22). One slice of pizza had two hairs in it. I called and the manager said we... will be on the look out. I told him no and to throw everything away and get fresh Ingredients otherwise he risks feeding hiscustomers contaminated food. He replied with ok ma?am. I?m so sure they did not.
