Showed up 3 minutes earlier than when my food was supposed to be ready to an completely empty restaurant. Not a soul was there... and no signs posted saying they were closing early. The app still allowed me to order. Still received a notification that myorder was ready as I sat outside of the empty restaurant. Waiting to hear back on how this will be corrected. Read more
I ordered delivery. My delivery was on time. The driver was nice. The quality of the pizza was horrible. I ordered a supreme pan... pizza. I did not have a pan crust. The toppings were measley. The pizza didn't taste good. I'm so tired of paying for poorquality. Read more
Ordered 1 pizza and wings online. Arrived for pick up and was told to wait 15 min for a redo, as new trainees were burning all... the pizzas. Over an hour and a half later I was brought a burned pizza, no wings, no apology, and only after I had to ask aboutmy order repeatedly from indifferent employees. Reached out to Pizza Hut corporate, as this kind of poor service has beenhappening for months now, and was redirected to the store with no reply. Poor management, poor service, poor quality product...not worthy of the Pizza Hut name. Don't waste your money here! Read more
I've ordered from here many times hoping that it will get better and it doesn't. The orders are always backed up (2 hours or... more), the customer service is awful, or they mess up my order. I always end up with a credit on my account from them, whichresults in the cycle continuing. I don't want anymore credits that result in me getting disappointed yet again. This time thecredit will just have to sit there. I will not be placing anyone orders. Instead, here is your review. I love Pizza Hut, but notat this location. I had to wait Over a hour for them to remake my order, I ordered a pan pizza, I showed up to carry out my order, the cashier... said there still working on it, should be done within 10-15 mins. So I waited 30mins, then they tell me that they had to remakeit because they don't have the pan pizza. I should have been notified once I came in & before I paid. Read more
The customer service at this location is completely disrespectful. My daughter and I both asked to speak to a manager over... Nicole. However, she refused to give us any information. Then she claimed to be the General Manager. She was rude, andcondescending. She even told my daughter that maybe she was confused to where we had placed a previous order at, but then shestated she seen where we had ordered from this location less then a week ago. If she is really the manager, Pizza Hut may wantto look into replacing her before they lose more customers because of her lack of customer service skills!! Read more

Pizza was thrown together. Cinnamon sticks were not cooked all the way through, very gummy. Only two of the cinnamon sticks had... cinnamon on them. The bread sticks were overcooked and hard. Read more
