As I stand here looking at 5 people working here. I?m wondering why my order that was placed in advanced is not ready when I... arrived at the estimated time it was suppose to be. 3 people are peeling bananas, lol? it doesn?t take 3 people. 2 ppl makingsmoothies, no one making food orders. Until after you walk in and then all of a sudden they realize that there are plenty futurefood order receipts at the front counter piled up from feeding in through the receipt machine. I don?t know why I continue tocome here. Yesterday I walked in and they were rapping?at least my order was ready as promised. Maybe they should rap moreoften. Read more

This is worst location. I had an online order today and the kale slaw was not fresh, sour and it was half filled I couldn't eat... it, I ordered the same thing yesterday at another location and I didn't have this problem. But I couldn't even check if before Ileft because my order was miss handled and the staff didn't care. I read one of the reviews just now and it's apparently a habitfor the staff to just walk away mid-sentence. I subbed out the ranch for my salad for pesto and I didn't see a cup in my bag soI had to get the associates attention over the loud music. Then when he got there the guy pointed to my salad and said they putthe pesto on the salad already. I told him that the other locations put it in a cup, then he said to specify when you orderonline to pit it on the side. I asked if he does the same thing for ranch and he said no, then walked away. I tried to get hisattention again because they never gave me straws for the smoothies. And when he got back he acted like he couldn't hear me so Itold the music is too loud and he did nothing about it. My daughter and I spend a good deal of money at this place. Our $35 order got "lost" when we visited last. I submitted an online... complaint, about the incident, they sent me a $6 gift card........I've got a good mind to send it back, since it appears theymay need the money more than I do. Read more

Worst food and smoothies at the moment. This location use to be good but lately the wraps aren?t wrapped, chicken quesadilla is... missing chicken, and the smoothies taste like colored water with bits of seeds in it. Need a better staff.October 2022 Read more

Bad service and smoothie was Not good! One of your employees was Super loud and cursing. I won't be back. Needs to be managed... better. I guess I should have read all of your other reviews before I entered the location. Most of them are Negative! Read more

Let me start off by saying this was our first visit to Tropical Smoothie. I read the reviews online and they were mixed but I... decided to give them a shot anyway. I didn?t have any issues with staff they were friendly and helpful. The food was good butthe smoothies were not. It tasted like some of the ingredients may have spoiled. I didn?t ask for the smoothies to be remade infear I would get the same result and I was short on time so I just threw them away and went to Smoothie King instead. I WILL NEVER ORDER from here again!! I ordered my food online. When I get there the line is long. I go to the get my order that... should be already done, I look and see if everything is there and I?m missing a smoothie. Then look in the bag the top is off ofthe food. I go up and say excuse me 5 times no one even looks our way or turns their head to assist. The rudest form of customerservice I ever dealt with. The one should store should be shut down or extensive weeks of training their workers. When I first walked in I didn?t have my mask on and I totally understand wearing it, but they had employees with mask not even... coving there face it was on there chin. My order was wrong and my husbands smoothie was chunky and not done right. I don?t thinkI will go there again or at least not this location. Read more
