Trying to contact this place is impossible. I have been calling this resort at least 3 times a day for almost a week . No... answer, no voice mail to ask for a return call . How does a place stay in business when you can't call them!! Maybe replace afew boards on the dock so it looks like something you may want to walk on. Read more

Our room offered a spectacular view over Elbow Lake. The management was very friendly and answered all our questions. We spent... our days walking the trails and nights watching the stars. Wonderfully secluded location. Well worth a visit. Read more
We chose this resort for a multi family vacation and we had a wonderful time!!!! What impressed me the most was how friendly... and hard working the staff was. At a time when many places are struggling to find workers, the staff here really went above andbeyond to ensure we enjoyed a relaxed, stress free vacation. Loved the free, easy access to kayaks, paddle boards and paddleboat on a BEAUTIFUL lake. Great gathering spots in the lodge with fireplaces, and game tables. Something for people of all agesto enjoy! Great location. Great fishing. Wish the bar and restaurant were open. The manager and staff are very helpful, friendly, and... accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Be prepared: no AC. This former Minnesota, now Florida boy would have liked AC,but nights were cool enough to get by. Numerous kayaks and paddle boards were a huge plus. Lodge lounge area was perfect: pingpong, darts, foosball. Just enough off the beaten path to be appreciated, but still close enough to Cook to be convenient. Read more
Had a great time! Fishing was awesome! Caught some big walleyes and good size pike. Bass fishing was excellent. Saw loons on the... lake and tons of bald eagles. Very pretty lake! Facilities and boats were good. Prices were fair and the host Bob was veryhelpful and a very nice guy to talk too! I had a great time and would love too go back. The people in Cook Minnesota were veryfriendly and helpful. Awesome day trips and hiking trails in a reasonable distance for those who don?t fish all day! Read more
