So I went to the arbys on willow in cookeville and had a online/pick up order but when I went to open the the door the lobby was... locked. There was no one In the widow of the drive through Zoe I pulled in and I told the guy I had a pick up order and he toldme I needed to pull around. I said what do you mean pull around??? He said you have to get in line. I said what do you mean thefood is on the counter and I have already paid for it with a tip. He said you?ll need to pull around. So I pull around and thereare cars to the road. I sit and sit them 40mins has passed at this point so I pull back around to where my now cold food is andtell the guy at the window to give my food to someone else. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had At arbys. Ilove arbys and I enjoy their food but I do not appreciate the way I was treated. Read more
If there was a way to give a ZERO would. We were in an RV and could not get to the drive thru window. The guy (will not call him... a gentleman) refused service at the window because I wasn't in my vehicle. WE COULDNT DRIVE UP TO THE WINDOW BECAUSE OF THEAWNING. Consistently good. I often get the big roast beef sandwich, a treat I have enjoyed since I was a kid. The beef was hot, thinly... sliced, tender, and piled high enough to sink my gums into. Have been at this location tons of times. The Arby's roast beef is great along with the steamed buns. The shakes are not bad... either. The drive-thru can be busy at times, but not bad. The curly fries are good too for a good side. The Market Freshsandwiches are big and filling. They do cost more, but it is worth it for something with a "fresh" taste. Read more
Ordered three meals. The sandwiches were good as were the fries. Absolutely no complaints there. The chicken nuggets for the... kid? David could?ve use them in his sling to drop Goliath. This may sound dramatic. I assure you ? it is not. These rocks ofchicken are a formidable weapon. In short? Don?t get the chicken nuggets unless you are finding yourself needing to substitutethem for rocks for your sling. Everything else was great! Read more
