Entered at 5pm Friday. Stood in line (3rd in line) for 10 minutes and not one person in line had been waited on or even... acknowledged. Employees were "working", but not doing anything productive. I saw only 2 orders go out in the ten minutes I stoodthere. Drive thru was backed up as well. We walked out. Won't be back. Read more
Food was good, gentleman taking monies at first window great, young lady at second window, handing out food, not so much! She... hands out bag is looking behind her, I said thank you, nothing, then she is handing out receipt, and again is looking oppositeway.. sometimes appreciation and saying THANK YOU to your customers, goes a long way!!! I will say I started out as a Bojangles hater. But in the last year, this restaurant alone has turned me around into a regular... customer. Bojangles has improved everything about their chicken, and their new sauces are amazing. Plus, all-day breakfastmeans I can wake-up late on the weekends and enjoy a gravy biscuit whenever I want. Highly recommend their gravy biscuits forbreakfast. Highly recommend their new chicken sandwich. It is the underrated winner of the chicken sandwich wars. Read more
Attentive and pleasant staff. Order was correct, fresh, and quick. Restaurant was clean and inviting. Convenient to I-40. Got... Cajun filet biscuit and ham, egg, cheese biscuit with Bo Rounds. They were hot and good! Pleasant background music, not tooloud. Coffee was even good (so many fast food have lousy coffee). An overall very pleasant experience. Read more
