I can't really get out anymore, so I get delivery. I've patronized this location since 1997. They used to be pretty good about... everything. I understand how difficult it is to get workers, but even short staffed, the employees need to be properly trainedbefore they're allowed to prepare sandwiches. This problem has gotten worse over the last decade. Either the wrong sandwichesare in the bag, or the sandwiches are made incorrectly. Do they still use screens so whoever is working the burger or sandwichboard can look up to make sure they do it right? It's astonishing that the wrapper is marked correctly, but the sandwich isstill made incorrectly! ???? Burger King always replaces the food, or gives a discount, but I'd rather have it right the firsttime. Getting it wrong is bad for business, but replacing food hurts food costs. They've gotten it wrong so many times over theyears, that I've actually called to congratulate them when they get everything right! Please do better. If someone can't preparefood correctly, put them on trays, floors, and bathrooms. Read more

Burger King, (almost) on the corner of Willow Avenue & Spring Street is a good store to visit for your 'King" size appetite!... Staff is very friendly but just a lil bit distracted mostly due to chatting among themselves. This store for the most part isvery clean inside & outside. Someone in the Cookeville area should attempt to offer classes on how to count back change to MOSTof the employees at not only this restaurant but the other two stores in this area. Literally forgot half my order, nor took the order properly, then when I went in for it they gave us old cold hard food. Also... need too change their oil as it made the food taste gross. Don't expect prompt service unless you're in the drive thru. Took over 15 minutes to get two burgers.
