Skillet queso was grainy like sand. Inedible and gross. Called to ask for refund or gift card for the amount of what I spent.... Kept telling me it cost 2.90 when it it is over $11 after tax. Kept offering me a $5 gift card for my next visit. Haha! Therewon?t be a next visit. I cannot for the life of me understand how this could happen. Food was good, service was good, restaurant was gross. I'm not super picky but this place had years of built up funk.
I've been here several times and it's hard to choose wrong. I tried the steak and shrimp sizzling fajita and wasn't... disappointed. The steak was cooked perfectly with just a hint of pink. I would have liked for the shrimp to be bigger, but theywere still very flavorful. The salsa is a bit spicy for me, more on the hot side of a mild. Use sparingly. Pro tip: separate thetortillas as soon as you get them. They stick way too well. Our waiters we're very attentive. They helped me decide betweengetting a steak or fajitas. We'll be returning. Got the chicken fajitas. They were good and there was a decent portion of chicken as well as plenty of onion and peppers. They... could have given larger portions of shredded cheese and sour cream. The rice was old and hard. But I ate everything andenjoyed it except for the rice. Wife got the sirloin with avocado and asparagus. She liked it.
