So much wrong with this place. The menu is a mess, just a list of seemingly random items that looks nothing like any other fast... food menu. The person who took my order was super quiet, could hardly hear him. The pricing is too high for the quality. Noketchup or napkins were included, the order was wrong. The "cajin" fries are the regular fries with pepper on them, the sideswere very small, the fries are "crinkle" cut (we all know is the worst kind). The onion rings were raw inside. My burger wascalled a bid double but was average to small in size. The onion on the burger was a WHOLE SLICE, as big and thick as the burgerpaddy. After removing 90% of the onion the burger wasn't bad at all, but I have never had this many issues with a burger jointin my life. I will never go again and definitely do not recommend it to you fine people! Read more
ordered two burger trays. one with cajun fries and wrap. it was correct. ordered another with chz fries and quesadilla. two... quesadillas. had to go up to the window to fix that. came home with this wrap. bad show. DO NOT EAT HERE. Read more

Terrible service, terrible food. Staff couldn't hear me over speaker, had to repeat everything 3x. Asked for extra pickles on my... burger, and cajun spiced fries; ended up with 2 small pickles (a tsp of ketchup), and plain fries. Sweet tea has no tea flavorand is basically sugar water. Absolutely love Cook Out!!! They've got a nice selection of comfort foods to pick from and you can't beat the prices for the... quality. They're always very quick from you ordering to having food in hand and driving off to your destination. Food is alwayshot and we've never had an issue with our orders. And can we talk about the shake options?! If it's your first few visits youmight end up staring at the hoard for a few minutes trying to decide what you want, bc it all sounds really good. If you have aquestion, run it by the staff as they're always friendly and willing to help ???? This will always be a favorite place to swingthrough when we are near one. Read more
