I will say up front that my kids and I have not been fans of Domino's for several years. We saw this new location and took a... chance on ordering some pizza. We were very surprised and quite happy with the pizza. It was quickly prepared, hot, and verytasty. On top of that, the staff was exceptionally friendly so we are happy making this location our favorite. We made a secondorder and had the same terrific experience so it was not a fluke. Good food and always friendly when they deliver. We receive deliveries each week from at dealership and we are always pleased.
My family has had the worst service at the Jefferson Ave Cookeville location... the say they will not deliver 5.0 miles to my... house but they travel past it every week.. they tell me a time for pick up and then after my arrival time is expected itsanother 30 mines amd they are rude. Tried being patient with the times today but enough is enough. Read more
Do not order from this Domino's unless you like over cooked pizza I stopped here two Mondays in a row on my way home from work... in nashville and both times my pizzas were over cooked. I will never go to this Domino's again they need to learn how to cookpizza because they never should have charged for over cooked pizzas. Read more
I often use the app and pickup my pizza on my way home. The process is simple and smooth. When picking up my pizza I am usually... created by several smiling faces and cheerful hellos. I know my order is ready because I was able to track it in the app so Igive my name and I?m given my order promptly. The order is always correct and well made. Just wanted to give the folks at the S. Jefferson branch a shout out for stellar customer service...after making my pizza wrong... they remade it and gave me both pizzas PLUS a drink to sip on while I waited.All this without me having to say a word. Theyrealized the mistake which was that I'd asked for no garlic butter on the crust, and then gave me both the original pizza andthe remade one + drink. They're always very courteous and store is clean. Food comes out in a reasonable time frame and isalways hot and tasty. Read more
Placed my order online, using their app. The food was ready when I went to pick it up, and the staff was very friendly and... courteous. They were very busy, but did things in a timely manner.
