We placed an order online, a wrap and 2 coffee's. When I showed up to get them about 10 min. later the wrap was sitting on the... counter and no coffee. When I asked about the coffee she said we are having computer issues. I then said how is my wrap readyand not the coffees? I received a shrug. What can I say? First off I wanna say, I think they may have finally got there coffee down. When they first open it was awful. One day super... strong, the next day looking like tea and tasting like water. Their donuts are always fresh tasting when we get them. Staff havealways been friendly and great. However some of the employees need to learn to be a little more sanitary. There is this onegirl, who is always adjusting her self pants wise, I can not catch her name because I do not see a name tag on her. But I'veseen her with her hand down her pants while behind the counter. It's just really unnecessary, and she never washes her handsafter. I just can't with that. Read more
The dozen donuts we picked up were cold, not room temperature but refrigerator cold. No freshness at all. Terrible donuts, do... not waste your money or time. The menu board doesn't even have a donut menu. I had to Google while in line to figure out what wewanted. Read more
They just opened so they got to get the bugs worked out. They need trash cans by the door. Not a big place, it would just be... helpful for those of us that are handicapped. Apple fritter was just so-so. Read more

Firstly, this place is very clean. Every time I come in here to get a coffee or brunch, there's never trash and wrappers... everywhere, the floors and counters are always spotless, and the chairs and tables are always cleaned. Second, the food items,besides the donuts, are actually delicious! I really enjoy their tomato-pesto sandwich, omelet bites, and maple-bacon croissant.Their food actually has flavor to it unlike Starbucks' food items. Third, they have great prices! A small iced latte with afood item is anywhere from $7 to $10. Very reasonable! If you got a small iced latte with a food item at Starbucks, it would bearound $15! Lastly, my only issue, which isn't the biggest deal-breaker for me, is the wait time. Sometimes I feel like I'mwaiting a little longer than necessary for 1 small drink and 1 food item. Nevertheless my order is always correct and deliciousin the end. This is why I don't mind the wait and always come back! Overall, this place is awesome, and is definitely heftycompetition to the Starbucks across the parking lot! Read more

Coffee was hot and delicious, cranberry orange muffin was warmed for me and perfect. Very clean and staff was friendly and fast.
