I ordered through the drive through a few months ago. When I got home, there was no chicken in the chicken parmigiana. I spoke... to Keith, the general manager and explained what happened. He promptly mailed me a gift certificate for another chicken parm and6 breadsticks. I went by last night and Angel took my order. She made sure my order was perfect and also gave me a piece ofchocolate cheesecake! I do appreciate both Keith & Angel for taking care of us! We love Fazoli?s! Read more

Food was great as always. The service at the drive thru was great too! But the tea was absolutely DISGUSTING! This is twice now... that we?ve gotten tea and it?s been fermented/sour. If not for the bad tea they would?ve gotten 5 stars. Read more
The food was good, although pricy for the portions I got. The restaurant was dead during lunch time. Usually not a good sign,... but the food was surprisingly good despite being a tad expensive. The service wasn't fantastic, but was passable for fast food.Because it was dead, I'm guessing, there were several tables with dishes left on it. Again, the place was basically empty. Ifyou don't have the money to go to olive garden but want some decent Italian, it's a fine place to go. I wouldn't rave about it,but I would return if I was in the area. Read more

Service and food quality were great. Only drawback is price. Fazolis used to be reasonably priced. Not as much value. I do like... that meals are served on real plates now especially my baked sampler platter. Read more
