OMG...that new?? 2.99 CALI burger ..yes 2 very over cooked dry burgers, size of a kebbler cookie..terrible cooked onions ,dry... bun..I remember when Wendy changed their patti size and people wanted to know..WHERE IS THE BEEF...then their regular Patti areno longer 1/3lb but 1/4 lb...so disappointed, We use to say how wonderful Hardee WAS...not any longer,gone are the days of thecustomer raving about this fast food chain... 11/12 12:45pm. The good- Gentleman working the window was very polite. The bad- There was a 40min wait for curly fries? Ordered... medium fries for our meals and they were very small and not even fully filled. In addition we were missing part of our order,realized when we had gotten a few exits down on the interstate. I ordered the #7 meal: a breaded chicken sandwich, fries and a pop. The chicken sandwich was delicious. ? The french fries on... the other hand, not so good...tasted like they sat for a while. I also got a fried apple pie, really good!! The cashier wasnice. Quick service. My husband had a cheeseburger, he said it was real good...his fries were the same as mine, yucky. I willstill go back, I love their sausage, biscuits and gravy...and now the breaded chicken sandwich. Read more
Not much of an experience. The inside lights were on when we pulled around to the drive thru. We sat there for 5-6 minutes no... answer, employee walked by and left. It was Friday night and barely 9pm.. This is Cookeville not Sparta.. oh wait the Hardee'sin Sparta is open until 10pm.. Read more
Changing their menu so having a kids hamburger wasn't an option. Tried to order jalapeno poppers and they didn't have them. No... root beer either. We are out of town customers and wanted to try something we don't have at home and we were let down. Curlyfries were good, chicken tender batter was good but they were not hot or even warm. Read more
I'm sick and tired of Cindy's attitude. She's the GM of this location. I pulled up this morning and no one answered the speaker... for over a minute. I said hello and she finally greeted me. Yes I verified it was her taking the order. I told her I had acoupon for a Frisco breakfast sandwich. She asked me if I wanted anything else I said no. She told me my total was $8 something.The coupon was for less than $4. I reminded her I just told her I had a coupon. She said she'll fix it at the window. Shecompletely ignored what I told her to begin with OR simply wasn't paying attention. All she had to do was ask for the couponcode at the speaker to save time of having to change it later and giving me an incorrect total. Not to mention she failed toacknowledge there was a customer in the Drive-Thru within so many seconds they are required. She was rude to me weeks earlierwhen I came back with a fried egg biscuit that looked like someone stepped on it. Told her I wanted it replaced and she told methey were out of fried egg. That was another situation in itself. Most GMs seem to have this attitude they are immune frompersecution. This woman has the bedside manner of an old toad. Read more
