When ordering our subs we told the rude guy cutting the meat we wanted no cheese on our sub he put cheese on when we said we... wanted no cheese and took the cheese off and throw and said noone said they didn't want . If I could give less stars I would, my first time trying Jersey Mike's. Upon placing our order, i was asked if I wanted it... microwaved which I replied yes, then told her I wanted only meat and cheese, to which she responded with attitude " ugh youdon't want it Mike's way?" And acted offended send didn't even microwave the sub.while the person taking our money laughed at myorder. I think I'll just stick with firehouse! Ok I get the misunderstanding, but the attitude with me saying I didn't wantanything on it wasn't warranted. I myself work with the public and giving attitude to a customer over a minor misunderstandingisn't an acceptable way to handle things. Final update.. I have always loved JM before. Have spend plenty of $$ in the past. However, My Sister in Law went in to get a quick picnic for... her, my brother and their two children. She explained to the employee that her daughter had a profound dairy allergy and wastold, "I am just gonna be honest with you, I don't wipe down the slicer between meat and cheese, and I am not going to." Probably the worst sandwich I?ve had at any Jersey Mikes. Bread was baked too long and was tough as nails.
The bread was so fresh and delicious. Same for the meats and lettuce and tomatoes. They didn't skimp on the meat either. ... Definitely a winner ???????? Read more
