We eat at jimmy johns fairly often and they always meet their promise of being freaky fast, however, since covid they have... started closing early, 8pm, which I understand, but at times they close earlier than that. Tonight at 7:40 I drove up and allthe lights were out, I called inside just to make sure and no answer. This isn?t the first time they have been closed earlierthan posted hours, at times up to an hour early. It?s just very frustrating. Read more
Elisabeth was just so great to me, I had to write this review. I dont write reviews often but when I do, somebody has to go... above and beyond for me to appreciate a style of managment like this. I had the Italian sub, and it was fantastic. Everyingredient was very fresh, and the bread was perfect as well. I'm just very glad there is a great sub place in town that canhandle my personality, and have reasonable prices. Thank you Elisabeth, and thank you sir Jimmie John. Read more

The singular employee who was taking orders, making sandwiches, and taking to go orders was just killing it today. Don't know... her name, but she has a big floral tattoo design on her left arm. She was obviously stressed by doing all the work, but she gotour sandwiches right, and she still made all our sandwiches correctly. Don't know if she was a manager or a dedicated employee,but she deserves a raise. Read more
Good food. People are nice. Closes way too early for a college town. 7 pm on Friday and Saturday night is crazy to me. I... went in at 6 pm on a Saturday and they were already breaking down the fixings bar. All veggies and toppings were sitting out onthe middle table - not being refrigerated/cooled. Had to slice the meat for sandwiches. That isn't necessarily a bad thing, butdefinitely was not 'freaky fast'. Read more
Jimmy Johns is THE best sandwich shop! I've always loved it. I introduced my daughter to it. First day, she had a ham and... cheese. Then she wanted to try my gargantuan. She quit eating her ham and cheese. Next day she wanted to go back. Her andmom split a 16" gargantuan. Olivia ate all but a small bite. This girl is tiny, doesn't eat much, but gobbled it up likenobody's business. Very impressive. She keeps asking to go back every day. Read more
Came in during during a busy time, there was a bit of a wait as normally they have my sandwich ready as I'm paying, I'd say... maybe 2 minutes, but I could tell the staff was doing their best to get everything out. Love this place, always amazing service! Read more
