Messed up my order, tots cooked into rock hard state, the number on Google is disconnected, manager says they can't do anything... to help.me with the order because I didn't call and let them know they messed up. It's been awhile since I've eaten at a krystal burgers but I can tell you one thing is for sure they are burgers have gotten... larger and their junkyard fries and junkyard tots are to die for so much better than Sonic's loaded fries or loaded tots! Theonly downside is there's no inside seating and the drive-thru line is only a single line so it takes a long time to get servedsometimes! Read more
Ordered 6 chicks and 6 burgers and 2 tots on the app for pickup $42!! Only got six chicks and tots. Didn't realize till we got... home. Food was cold, the group of people I ordered it for couldn't eat it due to the temperature. Ended up throwing it away.Such a waste of money and I only got half of my order! The phone number on the website doesn't work, and the number on Googlemaps doesn't work either. We are SOL. So disappointing. Don't trust them.
