The night shift is so rude. We called with a concern regarding the order, and the guy said that he just makes the food and hung... up. I have never experienced customer service this bad. Also, the food took over an hour to be made. Read more

On our way back from a day of hell at Dollywood, my wife and I stopped in to get some dinner. Nothing too fancy, just using the... app to order some of the cheaper options and getting deals, etc. The food was delicious and very affordable. But... this was10:30pm on a Sunday night and they were SLAMMED. We were told they only had 3 people working that night. I get employees arehard to find. But you're the only McDonald's open past 10pm in a college town! I applaud the staff for working their tails offand still being kind. I also apologized for them being hung out to dry by store management. Great food and staff, but theallocation and scheduling of staff could stand some work. That's the only reason for a 3 star rating, as I feel this needs to bebrought to someone's attention. Read more

Got here at 6am and the dining room was still dirty from the night before. The breakfast staff was very hard at work but they... should not have to clean up from the previous shifts laziness, no excuse for this and yes even being short handed is NO EXCUSE!So sick of these restaurants using that as an excuse. I have 10 years restaurant experience as a GM and the reality is you haveto over staff your units and give the people who show up amd work hard the hours. Do this long enough and all you will have ishard workers who want to work. It's really that simple. So what if you blow budget for 6 to 8 weeks 3 or 4 times per year, it'sthe best move for long term growth. The increase in sales will offset that on the annually basis. Read more
