On our way back from a day of hell at Dollywood, my wife and I stopped in to get some dinner. Nothing too fancy, just using the... app to order some of the cheaper options and getting deals, etc. The food was delicious and very affordable. But... this was10:30pm on a Sunday night and they were SLAMMED. We were told they only had 3 people working that night. I get employees arehard to find. But you're the only McDonald's open past 10pm in a college town! I applaud the staff for working their tails offand still being kind. I also apologized for them being hung out to dry by store management. Great food and staff, but theallocation and scheduling of staff could stand some work. That's the only reason for a 3 star rating, as I feel this needs to bebrought to someone's attention. Read more

If you order from this location via Doordash, it's essentially a guarantee that they'll screw it up. Literally every single... time. If you go through the drive through yourself, the order is far more likely to be correct. The buns might be moldy or thefood may be cold, but you'll at least get what you ordered. Usually. There is no consistency here. You might go for lunch onMonday and get an accurate order and excellent food and then go the next day and get a random cold sandwich you didn't evenorder. The night shift is clearly the worst when it comes to incorrect orders and poor quality. But it's always prettyinconsistent here. If you order through Doordash after 10pm though, don't expect to get what you ordered and don't expect it tobe of very high quality either. Read more
ordered Inside of the app, was welcomed in by the young man (Mason) working the front register, who was later also complimented... by a elderly lady stating ?you?re one of the best employees we?ve dealt with? and I would have to agree. The lobby was clean,drink station was stocked, but there was 2 things that caused me to leave the 3/5 stars. the first one was the FOOD! by the timeI walked from the pickup desk to a table my fries were cold.. I also didn?t find my burger to be up to the same standard itusually is. Felt rushed and definitely wasn?t made with love. The second would be the staff behind the counter, a guest comingthrough the drive through stated they wanted 2 of the same toys, they were out of the toys up front but heard the girl in thewindow say they had another box of them in the back. Instead of taking the time to make sure the guest got what they asked for,mostly because it was a toy for a CHILDs happy meal, another young lady working loudly screamed across the store ?just tell themwe don?t have it.? I know we get busy, especially at work but we need to take the time to do the little things that mean themost. Got here at 6am and the dining room was still dirty from the night before. The breakfast staff was very hard at work but they... should not have to clean up from the previous shifts laziness, no excuse for this and yes even being short handed is NO EXCUSE!So sick of these restaurants using that as an excuse. I have 10 years restaurant experience as a GM and the reality is you haveto over staff your units and give the people who show up amd work hard the hours. Do this long enough and all you will have ishard workers who want to work. It's really that simple. So what if you blow budget for 6 to 8 weeks 3 or 4 times per year, it'sthe best move for long term growth. The increase in sales will offset that on the annually basis. Read more
