Very good service The bartender was very good and made a very nice drink. The food was a lot and good.
8/28/2022, Hostess was sitting on bench and another employee had to get her attention to seat us. Tables were dirty, food all... over floors under tables, and bathrooms are disgusting. Waitress was very polite and did excellent job, but the food was notvery good. This restaurant used to be a very nice but no longer. I can not say we will be back. There are better keptrestaurants in Cookeville to choose from. Read more
07/13/22 We came for dinner. We enjoyed most of our food. The bread was really good (especially with spread), the spinach &... artichoke dip and potato skins were pretty good, I got the seafood combo platter with rice pilaf, mac & cheese. The rice hadpretty good flavor, but the Mac & cheese and rice pilaf were both cold, so I didn't eat them (who serves cold food? Smh) I wasso disappointed..I did like the stuffed crab & shrimp. The strawberry cheesecake was really good, but none of us liked the applecobbler dessert..I originally wanted the black berry cobbler but I was told they ran out, then I asked for the peach cobblerthen I was told they alsp ran out of that ( it was so disappointing)...the crust pieces in the apple cobbler tasted raw, Ididn't like the apples, the only thing that was good was the vanilla ice cream (which they charge extra for...smh)...I wouldnever order that dessert again. Hope was a great server. She was attentive and checked in several times. Food came out quickly and hot. I had the seafood combo... platter. The cod was superb, the stuff crab were decent, and the shrimp were breaded perfectly and were a great size. I enjoyedall the seafood. We were seated across from a couple that were basically harassing the server because she asked for ID to servethem alcohol. They were obviously old enough but she was just doing her job. She handled them great and the couple even wantedto manager to come out so they could bother him with the fact that the server asked for ID and they didn't like it. The manageralso handled them well. Some positive and some negatives. Location Cookeville, TN. Parking ample and easy in/out. The facility is clean. Seated... quickly. This is first time to this restaurant and chain. Ordered food and came in reasonable amount of time. I ordered steakand their chicken tenders meal. Steak was decent Chicken tenders very juicy. Had a side of there supreme mac n' cheese. Was notimpressed. Just ok. Had a side of rice. Tasted was decent. It's rice. I have to say, their Chipotle dipping sauce wasPHENOMENAL! I'd give that 5 stars. Average per person per meal about $22. Overall I would go there again and would recommendthis to all. I would stick with their chicken meals and definitely the Chipotle dipping sauce. But try all their dipping saucesbecause they have several and I am sure the others are great as well. Read more
I can?t remember our waiters name (long, curly, dark blonde hair) but he was awesome & on top of things. The salad was great.... The rolls are perfect. The fried pickles are the best, the sauce that it comes with is okay but I prefer the ranch and got it. The salmon was good but they added way too much bourbon sauce on it. It should be glazed not poured all over it. The low scoreis directed toward the sirloin. The Sirloin was cooked as ordered but the quality of the meat is just not good at all. 2 of usgot sirloin and we both couldn?t eat it unless we slathered it in A1. ((I never waste food, especially steak!) I ended upthrowing away all our leftovers of steak.) Another got the filet mignon, it was good but not near the quality that a filetmignon should be. I don?t blame any person for prep or cooking. But definitely think this restaurant needs a better quality meatsupplier. Read more
Food was pretty good. The ribs my daughter and niece ordered were dry n burnt, but everything else was good.
Excellent food, nice atmosphere, good value considering the amount and quality of the food. Minor criticism, the waitress was... not up to date with what beers were available that evening, IPA requested, but was told it was unavailable, but upon visitingthe bar later that evening, it was available and I enjoyed a couple while I watched the sport. The bar was managed by Becky, alovely lady, very helpful, I got just the beer I wanted. Read more
