For almost $11, I expect a sandwich fully covered with meat, not 1/3 of the way. This isn?t ok. The taste is great, minus the... layer of salt on the bread which is WAY too much. Definitely needs some work. Read more
never in my 15 years of life have I experienced such love, warmth and kindness as I did upon visitation to Cookeville Panera, I... was immediately greeted with a warm smile from the tall brunette manager. He immediately gave me a warm face, and then took myorder. I ordered the chipotle chicken all sandwich with avocado avocado is harder than I would?ve liked, but still delicious.Welcome to Panera. They where so diverse and all employees looked extremely happy to be there. I also got a side of mac andcheese and a baguette and they both brought a beaming grin to my face. The day i paid PANERA BREAD a visit was quite cold andchilly, so the cheeses warmth of the max and cheese paired with the love the employees gifted me maid my day.??????????????????i will be returning. Pleasantly surprised. We had soup and bowls (Mediterranean and Baja). The sodium levels were a bit high, but what do you expect... with chain restaurants. We will definitely add them to our mix. Read more
Came in with a group of 6 around 11 am on a rainy Saturday. There were only 4 to 5 other people in at that time. We were served... rather quickly and enjoyed our differing brews, teas, and drinks, as well as short breads, muffins, and bagels. We enjoyed ourvisit and will return again!! Restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly. We did have to have a sandwich remade because it came with cheese when we asked... for no cheese but they quickly and happily fixed a new sandwich. Amber was super helpful and friendly, would go back again. Read more
You are Panera BREAD and the bakers at this locale are OVER BAKING the baguettes! My family gets food here often because they... love the salads and soups. Please, please, please, start taking your baguettes out about 5 minutes earlier they should be GOLDENnot BROWN. It makes them bitter. I have attached photos - you see the center part of the split? That is the color the WHOLEthing should be. Now look at the bottom - that is CLEARLY burned! Please note this is consistently happening, it?s not a onetime thing. Fantastic stop for lunch and supper. The flatbread pizza a lot for one person, but it was delicious. The Chipotle Chicken... Avocado Melt is one of the best sandwiches I've had, the chips left much to be desired though (consider replacing them). Finishit off with a chocolate croissant and you won't regret it. Prices are little high for semi-fast food, but I'll be back. Read more
I never go to panera but I dropped my wife off at her work and decided to try out their spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich... came with chips. The chips were just normal potato chips. The sandwich was OVER $10 which is ridiculously over priced but I knewpanera is expensive. What I didn't know is that their spicy chicken sandwich would have ABSOLUTELY ZERO flavor at all. No spice,no heat, no salt, pepper. NOTHING. It was the most bland flavorless sandwich I've ever eaten. There is literally more flavor ina piece of American cheese on cheap white bread. A cold old French fry from McDonald's has more flavor. There was NOTHING. Itried. No seasonings AT ALL. Just dry cooked chicken with some lettuce and some mayo looking stuff that had no flavor either. Ineve leave reviews but this is just absolutely LUDICROUS. Read more
