Everything was perfectly made. Order was ready at pick up and the employee I talked to was kind.
Food was wonderful and this was the cleanest pizza hut that I have been in recently.
A+ customer service to the gentleman who helped me. I was picking up for family members who were having a kids birthday party.
Their website wanted me to leave a review so this is the same one I told them: Plate the food better. It was sloppy. Looks like... it was just thrown in there. The box has grease stains in it. The grease was so bad the cardboard box lost structural integrityand you had to use both hands. Even with both hands the box was saging and bending. I couldn't even put the box down until Ifound a towel, because I was worried the grease would run through the cardboard box and stain whatever I put it on. Won?t order here again. Ordered deep dish pepp and bacon. Get a cheese deep dish. Call and they say they?ll replace. Replaces... with a regular pizza, not a deep dish. Read more
I order pizza yesterday. An hour after I ordered online (and 40 minutes after I received a text message saying my order is out... for delivery) I still did not have my delivery. I then called the store and was told that since I chose contactless deliverythat corporate policy said it is not their problem that I did not get my pizza. I stood by my door the entire time waiting formy order, but the driver never arrived. This is VERY poor service and I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Read more
Food showed up 10 mins later than was told by app would be. Less than a 8min drive and waited over an hour for 1 pizza. Also was... cold and tasted like sweaty sweater filled with grease. Not going back it's always like this when I order from here. I usuallygive it a month or 2 for them to get it right but clearly that isn't ever going to happen. Read more
