I visited this location on 9/10/2022 a little after 9am. The store was clean and well-organized, lots of well stocked merch. I... was actually stopping in for a reusable cup, and was helped by a very kind and gracious employee named Donna! Donna was verywelcoming, and took the time to explain how the Starbucks rewards app worked (and could be used to redeem points and get freemerch in the future). She never got pushy or rushed, even though I asked a lot of questions :) and I didn't feel pressured tosign up right away. The beverage I got in my new reusable cup was a Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato - and the barista did a greatjob! The drink was sweet and refreshing, and the perfect twist for a seasonal alternative to the PSL. Overall, I highlyrecommend this location for delicious drinks with fast/friendly service and I will definitely be back on my next trip thanks toDonna's excellent customer service! Read more
The some of the employees at this location are consistently rude. Today I had an especially bad experience with rude employees... and a mix up with drinks. To my surprise when I went to speak to the manager, she was one of the rude employees. I let herknow about my complaint and she never apologized and never tried to make things right and because defensive. It seems that thisstore could use some retraining and new management. They need to realize they wouldn't have a store without the customers. Read more

so basically, me and my honey baby/sugar daddy were out for a quick coffee run. we approached the doorstep, the joint was fuming... with BAD vibes, we didn?t know what to expect. in fact we got the unexpected! as i ordered my womanly juices, cashier treatedthe Barbara before me with kindness? as it came to be my turn to order the mood completely changed for the worst. after an hourof waiting in disbelief and dismay, Jennifer was called. now let me be clear Jennifer arrived after us yet she was called beforeus. A RANDOM stranger. not nearly as important as us. they utterly ignored and violated our superior presence. anotherunbelievable and shocking terror was the audacity of them not even stocked on napkins. we need them for our leakage. am i worthso little? am i so easily overlooked? It was 10/29 this year, I went to go grab my free birthday drink to find out that they were out of Matcha that I had ordered. It... was a bummer sure, but the baristas there offered me a different drink that they recommended, and having an open mind to coffeeI accepted and went to grab it. The employees there were super nice about it and the coffee was stellar! They even gave me alittle extra which was super nice. This Starbucks is gonna be my Go To from here on. Read more
