So pathetic so called ?manager? heather would not remake my sub after asking nicely. But she calls the cops because she can?t... remake my sandwich. After she dropped my sandwich. I had my gf pick up my food and when it got home there was barely any lettuce on it, barely any onions, barely any green... peppers, and barley any jalapenos. I am really angry with the service at this place, I tried calling them at least ten timeswithin the first hour then I waited a couple hours thinking that they were busy and tried them more times but, still with noanswer on the phone. I mean if a business has a phone they should have an office and that means that they should answer it. Iam dissatisfied with this place good bye I am saying that I want a replacement meal I have my receipt so I'll call them in themorning and see if they answer again. Read more
The food was good although they could had been a bit more generous in the amount of meat on the sub. The drink machine was also... not working properly as every soda had no soda. The staff was really friendly and the place was very clean tho so there is that. Read more
That subway is one of the cleanest incookeville the only one I go to..the girl named Brittany is so fast & efficient knows e... aptly what she is doing ..& the manager is sub perb..one of the kindest I have seen ..I will gladly Rate it a 5 star Read more
Absolutely pathetic. Don't order door dash here or anything your better off ordering something else I'm pretty sure I know the... lady who was working tonight and even if they closed at 10:30 they still need to update it then online. But I'm pretty sure sheknew we had ordered door dash which was before 10 pm. Then get a notification that our will be done and ready by 10:16, thenanother won't be til 10:28, then get told by our dasher the lady tells her their closed she don't have our order. Whoever workedtonight Im pretty sure I know but whoever did absolutely sure that she waited around since she was closing it at 10:30 anddidn't make our order on purpose which now we have to get refunded for. I've always been to this subway. But if y'all about tostart being some crooks. Don't expect my business anymore that's really sorry. Y'all deserve less then one star. Management working 2nd shift is un professional. Order a combe #9 refused wheat bread said I I had to get the bread that came... with the combo. Then switched my mind to a protein bowl instead. Got to the cashier and usually when I get a protein bowl I geta extra bowl to mix it properly without making a mess. The cashier went to grab the extra bowl and the Manager said that I'dhave to pay full protein bowl price for the empty bowl I've never heard of that before. I go to subway A LOT... Too much actually but they are open later than another other place... And I have been to many different... stores and I refuse to go to this store now. Last few times I have been in there the portion of meats they put on are WAY tosmall, the veggies are usually wilted and brown and icky looking and last trip there sealed the deal when I see roaches crawlingaround and the employee was high on weed and had to remake my sandwich 2 times due to burning or using wrong ingredients thatthe 3rd attempt was still wrong and I said forget it! They used to have a few young ladies that I loved there but they are gonenow and apparently they took the cleanliness and professional attitudes away!
