I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy. In fact, if this was the last restaurant on the face of the earth I would... starve before partaking in this location. If I could give under a 1 I would because they don't even deserve that! The manageris the rudest most unprofessional example of authority I have ever witnessed. She was extremely rude to my elderly mother whenshe went to pick up a take out order for a customer. She refused to get a proper fitting lid for her even though the correct lidwas not with the other lids. She refused to help my mother when asked twice to get a drink from the machine for her because momcouldn't figure out how to use the machine and told her she would have to do it. She told her, "you either fill the cup up orgo stand in the back of the line and wait for us to fill it up, or you can cancel the order and somebody else will pick itup." Mom said she has never met anyone as rude as her in her entire life. My mother is a kind woman. For her to have receivedthat treatment is absolutely ridiculous. If you don't want to deal with the public, don't work in customer service. Do betterWendy's. For the love of God do better! Read more

Every single time I come here it?s wrong. I worked at Wendy?s legit 3 years ago. It?s not that hard. When I order a pretzel... burger, it gets a pretzel bun. Good food at a great price. Drive through moves pretty fast and so far, they have never gotten an order wrong. Now they have... strawberry frosties so it just doesn't get any better then that. Read more
Good food and decent service. The drive-thru may be very busy at times and cause a delay. The workers are generally very... helpful. Parking is tight on the drive-thru north side of building. However, the south side of the building has more parking andis not a dangerous to get in and out of parking spaces. The salads, burgers, fries, and ice cream are really great!!! Theprices are generally a little higher than other fast foods, but the quality makes up for it. Read more
Absolutely horrible service!!!! I ordered an Asiago Homestyle chicken sandwich and this is what they gave me. The chicken from... the cheap chicken jr sandwiches that so old and dry I'm not even going to attempt to eat it. My husband ordered a Spicy chickensandwich meal and it was so dry he almost choked on it. After a 15 minute wait in drive thru I expect to have fresh hot food notthe old cold mess that we received!!!!! Read more
Really good for a Wendy's. The food was fresh, the staff was friendly, and the inside of the restaurant is extremely nice. New... furniture and wall coverings, and a sitting area with a faux fireplace really make you feel like you're not in just a fast foodrestaurant. Read more
Went through the drive - thru campuses I was in a rush to get back to work.. I ordered, paid and received my Breakdest Combo... Meal n a coffee in less than 5 mins. Surprisingly pleased is what I was. Great job and service. Nice crew here at this Wendy's.???? Read more
