10/10 best kept hidden secret! If you get a chance rent one of the cabins or go down to the dock for a drink!

Shower head is extremely low and I'm 5'1. Not many channels to choose from. No window coverings in loft. The fishing sucked.... The hiking trails were less than impressive. The nature center also less than impressive. Overall the cabin itself was decent.Though the furniture was quite uncomfortable. The cabin comes with a personal maid. There's firewood available at the resort foryour personal campfire. Ours was wonderful. Read more
????DO NOT RENT A BOAT FROM COOKSON MARINA!!???? They have damage on every one of their boats, you will see it before you go out... and the owner will talk about how much it cost the last person! Then when you get back in from the day out, he will charge youfor the same damage that you had talked about that morning!! I?m not talking cheap either!! We loved eating here and renting theboats before the ownership change! I wish I had been warned, so I?m giving the warning!
