Store was dirty, not a clean table to be found, pop machine and area were filthy, garbage was overflowing and workers seemed... more interested in chatting on thier phones than tending to the store. Great restaurant layout friendly staff. The only problem here is the entrance is going to cause a few car accidents, because... there's a big sign that says cars need to go left however left is a one way out. The sign should be set 25 ft back so peopleknow going left means go straight and then go left. Read more

Definitely not the quality it used to be. I also ordered a burger "cooked from fresh" my burger arrived in less than 60 seconds,... it was definitely not cooked from fresh but simply a warmed up burger, precooked and had been sitting on the warmer. I alsoordered and paid for cheese but did not find it in the burger, I asked for no pickles but they were in there too. A&W used tomake the very best burgers, not so much anymore. Read more

Nothing special. Decent service but fast out the kitchen is what we like for fast food chains. Veggie burger was good and the... fact that you can choose what to put on your burger (like subway) makes it even better. Frings are recommended Read more

The best A&W i've seen, it's incredibly clean and the fast food is as good as it gets. You might have to have wait a few minutes... but it's worth it. I've always been very impressed, I come here once a week on the way to work. Read more

Picked up Canadian breakfast When asked for a hot sauce, was told additional 50 cents charge. Other locations never charged. ... Once in a car, found there was no salt or pepper packets. Is it really so hard to put it in a take out bag? It will not makeyou go broke, but will save your customers time going back asking for it. Will not return to this location Read more

Ordered a chicken buddy burger and a double buddy buddy burger with a chai late. It took 7:38 sitting at the drive through... window. There was no pickles on the chicken burger and only one patty on the supposed double.... Are times really this hard thateven after raising prices you cheap out on the food and hope for the best that no one is going to complain after you make themwait that long and drive off? Where's quality control? Short staffed? What's going on? Regardless, get it together. Next timewe'll continue further down the road to the en route. Read more
