I'll be honest I love this place, BUT everytime I go for a milkshake they never have milk. And I am there at least 3 times a... week. & To top it today a friend of mine went for a milkshake, again they didn't have milk, she asked if they could go grabmilk, as it's just next door,and the employee told my friend she could go to timhortons buy the milk and they'll make it forher. EXCUSE ME please do not offer something if you do not have all the products to make it. And maybe don't tell a customer togo buy half the product it takes to make something on YOUR menu, because if they had said that to me I would of snapped. Their ice cream is always great and I look forward to bringing my kids here however I've noticed the past few times we went,... they didnt have the flavors we wanted and there were very minimal selections to choose from. The staff is always kind, patientand helpful when we are choosing gifts or ice cream which is nice. They allow you to sample flavors of ice before purchasingwhich is great too. I love that they have so many different cones and toppings to choose from. Read more

They have a decent range of ice-creams and other deserts. Their chocolate products are great. But they usually have only two... people at the counter who aren't very quick with their service. So if it's the weekend, you will need to wait a bit. Some oftheir products make excellent gifts. What I am disappointed about is none are discounted. Read more
Walked in and no one said hi, I was the only one in the store. When I went to get ice cream and chocolate I stood at the counter... waiting for them to ask if I would like to get something instead one was on her phone and the other was just looking at me doingsomething else.
