Worst experience I ever had not only at Tim Hortons but at any restaurant in Canada. Got ice cold egg sandwich and when asked to... get the hot one, all I got was absurdly pathetic response from the supervisor lady. Had to pay extra to buy another sandwichwhich I didn't like anyway. This was the 3rd Tim Hortons I had tried to purchase 50 gift cards from for work which I have done numerous times before without... an issue. The first 1 told me they only had 17 available, the 2nd one took over 20 minutes to try and figure out how to cash meout and I had to be somewhere so left and the 3rd one I was told to come back the next day. I am a regular customer of this store. Usually the store is busy but the staff tries to take order politely but today a very... rude lady took my order, when I told her that why is she being so rude to me, she said she is not understanding what I amsaying. I think I repeated the same thing for 3 times. But she said she cannot understand. I suggest, if any store manager orowner is reading this review, Its my humble request to you guys, please hire people who can understand what their regularcustomers are trying to say.
