I'm not sure who's managing the store but I came in this morning and there were only two people working there on a Sunday... morning the line was out the door, had 5 people walk out that were in front of me- so I thought I'd be able to get my foodquicker. Waited almost 20 minutes in line before deciding to go to another location. This isn't the first time this hashappened. You would think that they could afford a 3rd person to help with the volume they have. I wish I had 2 more arms so Icould give this place 4 thumbs down. Poor management. Read more
Was a nice one, convenient on my mini camping trip with my dogs, convenient to get off route,use restroom,get a yummy sandwich... to share with dogs, coffee to finish the evening drive,fast,friendly,helpful service, and close to gas just a little ways up theroad! Read more
Friendly and inviting staff. Fresh doughnuts etc, and quick service. Much much better than the one on Marriottsville Rd (avoid... that one as it's a hot mess ALL THE TIME. Read more
This Dunkin'was pretty busy just now, and there was only one person working, but they were crushing it! Had coconut and sugared donuts!! Haven't seen either in years. Also, the first Dunkin' I have been to in a long time where the... donuts were not stale at all. The iced latte I got was probably the best tasting drink I have had from a Dunkin'. Great customerservice. Clean bathroom. Would visit again for sure. Read more
The staff was inept. I received the wrong order twice and the coffee roll was pathetic. A good note. The coconut dragon fruit... was awesome. Once they got my order corrected. Read more
It's a grab-n-go but staff consistently ignores customers at counter. I'd like to blame it or the extreme short staffing but... even after looking at you dead-in-the-eyes, they ignore you and some other time later eventually come around...maybe. I have hadto walk away several times after being ignored. Read more
