The worst staff ever. They all act like you're ruining their lives by ordering pizza. The owner is a straight a$$hole. Every... time we've gone there we have to wait 30-45 minutes past the time the app says it will be ready. When we get it, it's warm atbest. It sits around forever and is forgotten. Specially if they tell you to go park. I walked inside four times once, finallysat down for 20 minutes (total of an hour) and was finally handed my pizza and bread I was staring at in the warmer for 40minutes. AVOID THIS PLACE. Read more
I am never going back to this place the service is horrific, they do not listen to what you order, I arrive and my wrong food is... sitting on the counter cold and hard. No offer to fix it and the staff walk away! Not ever ever again! And this was what theycalled extra olives and charged $1.75 extra for on the pizza! Read more
Omg this place has a drive thru which was awesome...I wish they had these in California. It was convenient and fast. The people... working there are very polite and work fast and not to mention pizza is very good here, served warm and fresh. Read more
I only write reviews when the service is below standard. This place can manage to screw up the most basic order - cheese pizza.... EVERY TIME I order a cheese pizza, they put pepperoni on it.... **Every time**. I understand that they are high school kids, butif they can't get this right, they'll never go anywhere in life. 20-minute wait for the wrong order, again. PIZZA HUT is rightdown the block. I never judge a place from the first visit. I believe in second chances, unless I get sick from the food. Luckily that's not the... case in this situation. Nothing more than a second chance failed. We ordered when we first moved to the area....we were sodisappointed. The pizza was under cooked and not cut at all. The crazy bread was dough with butter on it. We didn't get oursauces. We basically had to toss it all in the oven as soon as we got home and cut it ourselves. Today was no different, pizzawas undercooked it appears to be cut but it's not cut through. I might even have thought that this was different pizzas smashedtogether but since it's still basically one piece aside from the edges, I know that isn't the case. For some reason they decidedthat we didn't need pepperoni on the middle of our pizza. Again we had to toss it in the oven to finish cooking it and add ourown pepperoni to fill in the center. The little girls that work there are nice enough but need better training or they need tohire employees with better work ethic or maybe a little bit older. Might be beneficial if the management here actually paysattention to what is going on and some of these reviews. Read more
