was short 1 marinara sauce with my order of breadsticks. i tried the new pizza fold item and it just wasnt nearly as good as the... papadilla from papa johns. 3 stars for the items being cooked well but the main thing i ordered didnt taste as good as i wanted. Read more
I usually don?t give a bad review but the only thing good about this place was the pizza. We chose to dine in. It was so cold... inside. The tables were all sticky (cleaner) always rinse table after using harsh cleaners. The staff member waiting our tablekept forgetting things that they offered us even. The bathroom has a passcode and with that type of security you?d think you?dwalk into a nice restroom? the toilet wouldn?t even flush! I notified staff and said they knew but the place is being renovatedthat?s why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 its like u know there are problems and I can only hope they are fixed during your cleanupand renewal. Unfortunately this was the worse Pizza Hut we had ever been to. We went to visit family and we all decided to go out to eat.... Being a Sunday all the restuarants in this small town was crowded and this one only had 1 vehicle in the lot so we stopped here.That should have been the first red flag! The place was filthy, the tables were sticky, and the service was horrible. Mybrother-in-law had to hunt down the server to ask for a menu. The pizza was overcooked. I only ate one slice. We were sodisappointed as we had dined here many times in the past and it was well taken care of then. Read more
Just got two stuffed crust pizzas from there. Just two toppings. Both pizzas are cut like a 3 year old cut them. Have some... slices that are enough for 2 people and other slices that wouldn't fill a newborn baby. On top of that, I got home (it said10-15 mins pickup so i got there in 15 minutes) and my pizza is like eating raw dough. It's horribly under cooked like eatingwet paper. I order there all the time and it's 9/10 really good. This time, just disgusting. Thanks for the soggy bread guys!Love the texture. (Sarcasm) Don't think I'll be ordering there anymore or very rarely. Just tried to order pizza cause the PHsite says they're open 11A-11PM Saturday.. Yet they're closed and it's only 10 PM? Okay..
